Do we provide jobsite delivery?
- Each of our branch locations is equipped with various truck and trailer combinations. During the construction season we usually require one days notice. For emergency situations immediate delivery is always available.
What happens when we have an emergency in the middle of the night?
- All of RAMSCO’s locations are equipped with 24 hours, seven days a week emergency service. Simply phone our branch and obtain a list of emergency pager and or cell phone numbers from our automated attendant. Our staff is standing by to help at any time.
What are your hours of operation?
- All of our locations are open Monday thru Friday 7:00-5:00
Do we provide drawing take-off services?
- Yes we do. From something as simple as a septic drain field or as sophisticated as a 20 million dollar water treatment plant. We have the most talented individuals the industry has to offer.
- Provided we are supplied with the technical specifications, we’ll be certain that the products quoted meet the requirements of your design engineer.
- Where applicable our sales people will suggest alternate products that would ultimately save you, the contractor, time and money.
- Simply make arrangements with the branch nearest you and we will complete your request as soon as required.
Can we provide an MBE or WBE participation on any of our project quotations?
- We have several MBE and WBE material suppliers that we can sell our products to. Please contact one of our sales people for further details
Do we accept credit cards?
- Yes, RAMSCO accepts almost all major brands of credit cards.
Does RAMSCO sell products that meet the requirements of the New York State Department of Transportation?
- Yes, RAMSCO maintains one of the most complete inventories that meet or exceeds the requirements of the NYS DOT.
What exactly is RAMSCO’s fuel surcharge?
- RAMSCO adds .07% to the total of all invoices that are produced. While this does not completely offset the fuel surcharges applied upon RAMSCO from its vendors it does help to mitigate some of these expenses.
